Exercising has multiple health benefits. Our bodies were designed to move. Although, we are all unique in our genetics and current state of health, we were created with the same basic needs to improve our physical health and relationships.

WAYS TO EXERCISE FAITH

“I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of yourself than you ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has given to each a measure of faith.” Apostle Paul, Romans 12:3

  1. Start with where you are today and be content. It seems that our specific amount of faith has a starting point and perhaps ending point at the end of our lives.
  2. Be consistent with growing your faith through the 3Rs.
  3. Pray continually.
  4. Love God, others, and yourself. Pray about some practical ways you can show love to others.
  5. Move on to the next step in your life. Maybe you were made to be in the same occupation as your parents and you have had great mentoring. Maybe God has called you to something completely different that seems so far out of reach from where you are currently. Either situation requires faith to move to a next step of investing yourself for the kingdom of heaven.
