Motivation

As a postpartum, over 40 athlete, I believe in corrective exercise / physical therapy and collaborations between other professionals to help people stay active longer and mentally and spiritually whole.

What I Eat

I eat whole food the majority of the time with a focus on macros. I supplement as needed.

VitaminShoppe has a great selection of the basics: Omega 3, multivitamins and minerals, plant-based and beef protein powders, glutamine, and creatine.
